Room to Room Communication I like the featuresI think the power cable plug should be angle shape for wall mount. Please I would love to get some angle adapter could you post the info for the correct type.

We needed a reliable intercom system for our elderly Mother who we recently took in to care for. She stays in the basement, and often times couldn't reach us by phone. The intercom makes it easy for her to call us, especially at night, and we also like the "monitor" feature which allows us to hear her when she's alone in the basement. It's very easy to use, she simply presses the "talk" button, and we hear her loud and clear.Highly recommended for toddlers, even pets!

I've only owned it for 2 months and already the sound is not working. They were working just fine. And now only the call button works but when you talk nothing happens on the other end. Piece of Junk!

Easy to set up. Sound quality is muffled and scratchy.

These do a lot more than I need--which is basically to broadcast "come downstairs to dinner" to my daughter across 3 levels of our house. So I'm not using any of the features that let you enter numbers to call specific intercom units or any other advanced features that add size and undoubtedly cost to these units. But aside from that, they are well made and work perfectly. I just wish they made a cheaper, smaller, more basic version. Oh, and the instructions are more or less indecipherable. But it turns out you just plug them in, set them to the same channel, and they just work. One caveat: just like 2-way walkie talkies, you have to hold down the talk button for a full second before you start speaking or else the beginning of whatever you say gets cut off. Say just "yes" or "no" without holding the button for a full second first and the person on the other end will hear nothing. So it's important that anyone who will be using these knows this rule, or else you'll just have a lot of frustration and confusion.

They seem to have pretty good clarity when talking and listening. They are not too big and bulky and not too small or too cumbersome to use. Seems to be a very helpful helpful. There are 3 different frequencies to help eliminate feedback. Also 9 different channels and it's quick and easy to program each unit. They were the best deal available at my time of purchase so I had low expectations but I think that they would satisfy even someone expecting a great product.. they do not have an internal battery so they have to stay plugged in to work.. (Not a bad thing, just FYI..

Arrived when expected. Works ok. There is a little static. We got these to use in our small office, as more of a novelty. We are just a bunch of big kids. These are like walkie talkies for grown-ups.
