Q: does one order mean 1 glass with chiller, or does it come a set of two?

As previously answered...only 1...for 1 person. Have to order another one as I was ordering for my sister and her husband.

Q: Has anyone used this as a caviar server?

No. But have to say that we were very disappointed in this product. The crystal glass is nice but the design doesn't work well for martinis because only the tip of the glass sits in the ice and thus the drink doesn't get very cold. It should have been designed that at least 90% sits in the base.
