This book is the perfect guide to quickly find info you are looking for, such as who were the first to hear these words, where does this teaching fall into God’s Kingdom. This guide also has illustrations & actual images of artifacts that brings a real touch reading in this century. You can skip around the book without having to read it straight through. I have purchased this book for friends & family. Will do so again in the future. Thanks! 5 Stars!

This piece offers an excellent tour through God’s Word as it leads us through the Bible’s most relevant points. In our very fast past society most of us will encounter difficulty finding our way around the history line and content of the Bible; this one-of-a-kind handbook will greatly facilitate this experience. God’s mandate is to take the gospel to the world; that Jesus our Lord and Redeemer has made it possible for us, the sons and daughters of men, to become His sons and daughters (Alleluia!) This piece of art gives away the entire bible in a nutshell and is richly and exquisitely illustrated; a must have for the learned and unlearned alike.

The packing box was extremely hard to open.

I've found this little handbook extremely helpful. I read the relevant book before I read it in the bible. Most informative, with much extra information to expand my knowledge. I'd recommend this book if you're passionate about the bible and want the extra information to give you a rounded picture of biblical times and to understand the bible more fully. A wonderful addition to any biblical reference library.

Our grandchildren gave their papa this Handbook and he loves it. He stated it has the best illustration he has ever seen. We told our cousin who is a minister in Louisiana about it and he had to have one too.

I LOVE bible study books. Seriously, LOVE them. And this one is no exception. It's perfectly sized to take with me to my bible study group. It has some GREAT info in it, that my group loved sharing and reading about. A perfection addition to a bible study library!

It is a rather small handbook, quite different than the original Holman Bible Handbook. Because of that and the fact that the information is greatly reduced for a Bible handbook, I would only give it three stars. However, there is some technology in this handbook that earns it an additional star. One of its selling points is the use of technology to increase your learning. There is a code at the end of each book of the Bible that, if scanned on a smartphone or tablet, will open to a video on a topic within the book. It is interesting, to say the least. I can see using this book over time to enhance my studies.

Book is very compact with a lot of great insight and information.So many wonderful books available to study scripture and this one is also very helpful.
