It works.
This device works as intended when used properly. I bought it for my mother to use while in rehab following surgery. However, she is 96 and could not follow the directions correctly to get it to work. Not the fault of the device.

Doesn't work
Don't waste your money. Intake does not match reality. When using it, you can easily reach the maximum. I'm sure that's not accurate. It's a waste of money.

Great exercise for Deep Breathing
While I was in the hospital I used a Spirometer. I decided to buy one as I feel I can continue to use it since I have been convalescing. It is an excellent device just like the one I had. Taking deep breaths and trying to keep the yellow ball suspended on the tube. It works very well and I recommend this device.
