This ladder was a good price, it's well made and very sturdy, it has side bars to hold onto so I feel very safe when using it. It's a good height so I can reach the light fittings for dusting and the tops of the wardrobes, kitchen cupboards and airing cupboard. It folds away neatly. The only downside is it is a bit heavy to lift but I would still recommend to anyone.

My only minor niggle with this was the packing where jammed into its box the rubbers on the handrails were permanently marked and dented. Might not bother some but it did me-a fussy 80 year old. Otherwise this is a strong, solid and stable step ladder. An excellent product, well worth the money. I reject criticisms about being too heavy-if you want a light, flimsy aluminium variety then go for that. This is not a heavy set of steps! The wide and deep treads make for comfortable working and safety. The steps fold flat for compact and easy storage.

I would say, not lightweight when lifting, however, it feels strong and well made, and inspires confidence when working at height aided by the side hand rails and top rail, which will need to be assembled before first use, treads are wide and deep and have rubber non slip surface, l consider it great value, and certainly preferable to balancing on a chair or a table, buy one, you wont regret it.

It is quite good overall, stable, and the side railings and platform on top make it a safer choice.On the downside, these are a bit heavy and take a fair bit of space.My daughter loves to use these as a high chair.Price is lower than that some similar models with lesser emphasis on safety, good value for money.A clear "buy" if you are not so tight on storage space.

My balance is not so good and these sturdy steps made me feel safe when climbing up them. My old steps were old and wobbly and I felt unsafe when using them. Very pleased customer.

Although mine seems to have been sent back and repacked it is acceptable.Strong and sturdy and easy assembly.Folds up well.Wouldn't call it light weight but as a 16 stone OAP I found It easy enough.In the instructions it says household use only.On the description it says 'garden'.I would say on good ground it would be good but don't leave it outside for long.

So impressed with this step ladder. We have owned several ladders in our lifetime but none that feel so safe, sturdy and offer multiple safety features. Now in our mid 70’s , it’s good to know that we have large, non-slip treads, hand rails both sides and a perfect top grab-rail. Thank you for such a great purchase.
