This was purchased for myself. I actually works better than expected. It's easy to use with various intensity levels and an addition to my existing home gym workout. Overall it is a very convenient abs trainer being portable and nice and compact and can also add intensity to work outs.

The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased this EMS Abs Stimulator, and so far, I’m really impressed! The device is easy to use, with multiple modes and intensity levels that let you customize your workout. It fits comfortably around my waist, and I can feel the stimulation working on my muscles.The build quality seems solid, and the gel pads stick well without any irritation. It’s a great way to add some extra muscle activation, especially on busy days when I can’t hit the gym. I’ll be using it consistently and will update my review once I see the results!

It doesn't last. It wears off not long after a few uses. Absolute waste of money.

Item arrived very quickly. Packaging was good. It does work! My wife has been happily sitting in front of the TV wearing it daily, and the results are visible after a month. Thus machine will toughen up your muscles helping you do more natural ab training and also tone muscle!

Wow. I’ve tried a few modes and this thing delivers a strong pulse. They function great! Super comfort to wear when I started using them. Beneficial for muscle stimulation and pain relief. I expect to see a flatter tummy soon.
