Not a fan of BCAA
But a HUG fan of EAA. And I absolutely need electrolytes. This product, and I have tried MANY since 1990, is probably my favorite. Taste is amazing, easy on the stomach (the highest name brand I have tried ruins my gut), and no cramping.

This stuff tastes great, priced well and actually can tell it helps me recover which is the most important thing. Awesome stuff!!

Not a lot of powder and tastes really sweet
There was only about half of the powder in the container. Not sure if that's the correct amount, but the canister is extremely large for only half the powder. Also this tastes sweeter than the Fruit Punch flavor. I want to try other flavors.As for health benefit, I'm not sure either, but "they" say BCAA supplements are supposed to be good for workout recovery and helps with protein synthesis. So we'll see where this leads.

Great for working out
Definitely felt a difference after working out 4-5 times a week. It helped with cramping and muscles getting tight. The taste was pretty good also.
