Great vac!
I love this vacuum. It has HEPA filtration which is what I needed. Easy to change the bag, easy to handle, easy to go from carpet to bare floor, easy to use the handle as a wand for hard to reach surfaces, and it has a light! It does everything! It also seems sturdy. Love it!

Powerful
This vacuum is the best I've owned. It's super lightweight but has incredible suction

Vacuum is okfor a cheap vacuum. I replace my cheap vacuum about once a year. I do t know if this one will make it a year. I’ll go back to sharp next time

Sweet
So far, it’s fabulous. I love the swivel head. It wasn’t terribly expensive so it may only last a year ortwo. With 2 dogs and a long haired cat we EAT vacuums in this house.

Very pleased. Vacuum works well and is light weight. The HIPA filter is difficult to access.

Terrible purchase, I want refund
I called for refund and I’m still waiting for the promised email that they were going to send me with the labels to return this. The vacuum does not suck anything up. It is very heavy and hard to maneuver and bulky terrible purchase.

This vacuum is very well made. The suction is great. The hose could be a little longer but all in all good vac. I was able to find the replacement bags on Amazon, so I am pleased with this purchase.

Cannot service brush roller
I loved this little vacuum. Yes, the cleaning swath is narrow and the hoses are short, but it's powerful and highly maneuverable. Plus the bags are allergy friendly. Here's the big problem with thus model: if anything jams your roller brush (and you know it will), plan at least an hour to disassemble the head entirely. If you're lucky you'll be able to remove debris and loosen the bearings enough to make it work again. But don't plan on taking the roller out. It's anchored to a motor and some circuits on one side. And though the roller bearings look sealed, the seams on the bearings eat up debris and seize the roller's movement. Will probably not buy again.
