Defective product.
I have recieved an used product.However I decided to keep.but now keys are strucking while playing. I don't know how and where to claim warranty as there is no option to claim through your platform. Please do the needful.

Received un-sealed box
I suspect i received a used product as I got an unsealed box. Very unprofessional even though the product looks new. Also, the keys feel like they might pop out any time.

Not user friendly

Midiplus is a great brand!!!I’ve been looking for a midi keyboard from a very long time. I needed something that I could carry everywhere something that was portable but still gave me a full piano feelThis was a perfect match for me. When I received the product i fell in love with the key quality and the features this keyboard has.I would give 11/10 for this product
