Himalya ashwagandha is a good quality ashwagandha. Which can help with stress, anxiety, low energy because of stress and increasing overall strength and immunity. It can improve overall health...by increasing testosterone level, along with healthy diet and lifestyle. Can be taken with milk or water( preferably warm water). U can take it daily or 1-3 times in a week, according to your need which depends on person to person (1 -2 tablets in a day). Overusage can cause side effects. Reduce the dosage or stop using of you are facing any side effects. Its warm which may cause acidity or heat in the body. Peppermint pills and adding curd in your diet can be helpful. Also you can consult with your doctor for that. Only works with healthy lifestyle, like meditation or exercise/ healthy diet. If you are facing too much stress, psychotherapy can be helpful or taking other adoptogenic herbs (like bramhi) along with this can be helpful. You should also check for nutritional deficiency if u r facing low energy or weakness.
