Works as it should
My yellow nozzle was completely blocked, and no end of cleaning routines run on the printer could fix it. So in desperation I bought this kit hoping to save the printer. It worked first time. Great product. Thank you.

Unfortunately just didn't work
Admittedly I had an ancient printer but the solution didn't get through the problem after two trials, completely as per the instruction.I also found that the blotting paper provided (though plenty was inculded) didn't absorb the volume of fluid being pushed through the nozzle leading to overspill even when being very metered with the injection. The actual kit was great everything fit and went to plan; the instruction video was spot on. Just didn't work for me and the print quality didn't change. I'd recommend anyone give it a go before buying a whole new printer just unfortunately didn't work for me.

Delivered Package was missing an essential component.
The item as delivered was useless. No syringe was included which is necessary to flush the printer head!

Might work for some, but it made my printer worse.
Bought this for my Epson printer. The red nozzle was very poor.Followed the instructions and did all the nozzles. Didn't work. Did it again and all my nozzles were blocked. Nothing was coming out of any of the nozzles.That evening, I ordered a new printer.I gave it 2 stars because it arrived, and had all the components as advertised.

Well worth the effort.
I used this to unclog my printer nozzles after not useing the colours for awhile. It performed well and was reasonably easy to use witb good instructions available online. Make sure you fold a good paper napkin under the nozzle shuttle to soak up the ink and cleanig fluid during the process. I did have to do a second run of the whole process to get a perfect eventual result. Professional cleaning of the print heads, would have cost a lot of money and effort by comparison to doing the job yourself, despite it being a little messey.
