Ordered this for my work laptop (Dell 5400) which often gets overheated with multi applications open. However, it doesn’t fit this model as the back of the bottom case curves at the back and there isn’t enough flat clearance space before the fan grill area - applying it would cover a part of the grill which would make matters worse. Shame as it would help cool down the laptop.

This is an interesting design for a laptop stand however, the gimmick look of it matches the poor performance that I had with it. It sticks to the back of your laptop, so it needs to remain stuck to the bottom so bear that in mind and is clearly designed to be deployed whenever and wherever you need it should you move your tablet around. I found it poorly performed when used on my large laptop, especially if wanting to actively use the laptop at the same time in terms of typing rather than using an external keyboard and mouse for example.Overall, I did not like this product and on the 3rd time finding it had become unstuck from my laptop, I went back to my traditional laptop stand which was as easy and quick to deploy as this product is advertised to be. Avoid and use a true laptop stand instead.
