No noticed improvement
Finished the bottle but can’t say that it’s made any difference tbh - like the ethos and lack of additives to the capsules so would use other stuff from this brand

High quality
Amla is supposedly a power house of antioxidants and vitamin C. My husband and I recently started taking one of these every day.So far, our energy levels are high and overall immunity seems better. The capsules are standard and there’s no taste while swallowing.The bottle is made of glass. It definitely seems high quality compared to other brands.
