Works great for what it is
I love the foldable, easily stored nature of this beast. I also love recharging instead of constantly having to buy batteries. It sounds great for what is and is great for practice and playing on the go with friends, having fun.

Reasonable sound and piano-like action
This is a good keyboard for players who want to practice when they’re traveling. The keys are full-size, slightly textured, and somewhat velocity sensitive. The action is a reasonable approximation of a real piano, so it will not degrade your technique.Once you get used to the keyboard, you can even make things sound nice with dynamic variation. The sound quality is reasonably good, and headphones help. I didn’t expect too much from a keyboard at this price and I was happy with what it delivers. When folded up in its case, it slides easily under the airplane seat in front of you. The 61-key version is limited. But for most practicing it will be just fine to get you through a period of time away from your instrument.Should you consider it as a beginner piano for your children? Personally, I would highly recommend spending $1000 and getting the entry-level Kawai home piano. It’s well built, has good key action for beginner and immediate players, and produces a very pleasing piano sound. It’s a “real” digital piano.I give this Donner keyboard five stars because it delivers acceptable sound and piano-like action for the price.

Good enough for a foldable substitute.
Keys are textured but slippery/slick. Takes getting to get comfortable. The voices are cheep sounding with a few exceptions for electric piano and Hammond organ. If you use ear phones the others might sound better. The casing is cheep plastic and adequate. This is an inexpensive somewhat toy’ish instrument. I intend to use it on a road trip to continue my piano studies. I use an I pad along with piano Marvin app.The blue tooth works well.Had some latency problems it corrected itself with a USB connection. Disconnected the USB cable and it righted itself. The action on the keys are spring loaded but volume sensitives. No great shakes with this unit but it will do the job to keep my chops going on the road.

A Toy, not usable...
Light and portable, yes. But sounds and feels like a toy:(( Especially the key action is terrible, making dynamics impossible to express.

Professional Piano Teacher - This is FINE for beginners
I have to say, I'm amazed at the people giving this keyboard bad reviews. It's $130! It has full size keys, really decent touch sensitivity (which almost no keyboards have in this price range) and it comes with a sustain pedal AND case! I mean, what more do you want y'all?! Oh, and... IT FOLDS IN HALF!I am a professional piano teacher in Atlanta and while I would love for all my students to have pianos at home, it's simply not practical. I have created a Group Piano class for younger kids and it has become quite successful. I purchased one of these keyboards to test it out as I am needing ten more beginner keyboards for the group classes. This is absolutely perfect. As long as it does not stop working randomly, this keyboard is plenty for kids and even beginner adults to get through probably your first full year of learning how to play the piano, if not even a bit longer. These people writing bad reviews need to increase their budgets to align more with their standards...

Difficult getting to specific programs
It is not easy to get to specific programs without cycling thru the whole cycle. If I want to use program 51 or others, I have to push the button to get there verses having a way to push the number of that program and confirm to get to it
