Good Security Cemera
I purchased this camera kit mainly for its 166° ultra-wide angle lens, which provides excellent coverage of the area I want to monitor. I also appreciate that it offers local storage, so there’s no need to pay for a subscription.The setup and installation were straightforward. I simply followed the instructions and downloaded the app—the whole process was smooth. The camera delivers good image quality, which is more than sufficient for my needs.One issue I’ve noticed is that notifications can be delayed. By the time I tap on a notification, the person or car that triggered the alert is often gone, so I have to review the recorded footage in the event history.Overall, this is a solid security camera system with useful features and good performance, especially considering there are no recurring fees.

Excellent Online Support!
The Aosu Wireless Pro System from Home-Security Storefront was exactly as described. I was very impressed with the price of the system and it came to my home without package damage of any kind. When I began the installation process, I was impressed with the Aosu app. (I also have an Aosu video doorbell so I was already familiar with the ease of the app.) I scanned the QR code at the back of the HomeBase, synced the two cameras, plugged in the HomeBase to a wall unit and connected the Ethernet cable to what I thought was my router. As I was waiting for connection, I noticed it was taking a long time. That is when I contacted Aosu online support. The Technition was extremely polite and very patient. We troubleshooted together for almost 2 hours. The entire time she was helpful and patient. I uploaded photos of the HomeBase and router and she asked very thorough questions. We were unable to fix the problem that night, but I had such a high respect and regard for her taking the time to help me. The next afternoon I realized my mistake - I had plugged the Ethernet cable into my modem by mistake, instead of my router. I shared the news with her on the online chat the next day to thank her again for her patience with me and to tell her I was able to connect. This is a quality product for sure, but their online support is second to none! Very impressed. Would definitely buy again from this retailer. 5 stars!

Great Cameras
I purchase these cameras because it had a home base in which to record video from the cameras on which means no service charge. It also has a cloud storage available at a charge. It was easy to setup and to install the cameras. Camera picture quality is pretty good even at night and provides added security for my home along with an alarm and give you the ability to communicate to whoever is in camera view. These cameras are much better value than my previous camera system and response time is better as well. I can view anywhere on my phone or tablet.After about 3 months of use one of the cameras stopped charging. I sent a email to the manufacture and they were quick to respond. They asked me to provide a short email of the problem which I did and within a day or two they responded saying they would send out a replacement camera. After less than a week i received the new camera and installed it. So far the new camera is working well. I greatly appreciate the quick response from this company and would recomment these cameras.

Trouble setting up, Good support tem
I originally purchased the AOSU two-camera security system in November 2024. I encountered some issues during the setup process, so I contacted customer service, and they were very helpful. After about 2.5 months, the system was working great, and I was very satisfied with the sensor sensitivity, video quality, and lack of subscription fees.However, after I recharged the cameras for the first time, they stopped pairing with the home base. When the cameras were supposed to scan the QR codes, the codes never appeared in my mobile app. I reached out to customer support and repeated the setup procedure multiple times, but the cameras still wouldn’t pair. I confirmed that the home base was connected to our internet (through both networks) and that I could see the AOSU cameras in my Bluetooth settings. Customer support concluded that there was an issue with the cameras, and they sent me replacements.Despite their help, the same issue occurred with the replacement cameras; I was still unable to set up the security system. I was pleased with the first 2.5 months of use, but this situation left me very disappointed. The support team escalated my case to management, who decided to issue me a refund, for which I was very grateful. However, I began to wonder if the problem might be with the home base, and I am now requesting a home-base replacement. I hope they will grant my request, allowing me to try setting up the system again.Overall, their product is good, with no subscription fees, and the customer service team is very helpful. The management team responds to emails within 24 hours and is very accommodating. I would rate them 4 stars if they provide a replacement home base that works. For now, however, I would rate them 3 stars, especially after spending over 120 minutes on the phone with customer service.
