This worked great to switch my bike over from threaded to non-threaded

I heard this one ( or maybe another) got recalled, but it didn't break on me...i don't know what those dudes were doing, maybe they were jumping from 50 meter cliffs 🤦🏻

Ordered the 25.4mm insertion diameter size to fit into my son's 25.4mm ID quill fork. Fit was very tight and I had to use quite a bit of force to insert it to the depth I wanted it. I greased the expansion bolt and inside of the fork steerer tube to [hopefully] prevent seizing down the road. Once in place, the adapter functions as expected and holds the threadless stem without any issues. I got the silver version and the finish has a uniform shot-peen-like finish. Adapter seems sturdy and does not wiggle or twist once installed. The price was right, too.

Have a Kent Genesis Saber 700c with 80's/90's technology. Use this UPANBIKE Riser adapter to replace the most uncomfortable one-piece handlebar and stem and added a Meroca SS01 Suspension stem and a Salsa Cowbell Handlebar. Highly recommend this UPANDBIKE Riser Adapter.

This stem adapter did the job! I was looking for a stem that would allow me to put a "threadless stem" in the place of my quill stem for my Kent KZR mountain bike. It worked & I was able to put a 1 1/8 stem that would hold a fat handlebar or a 31.8. Bike looks great! It made an aesthetic difference!

This adapter works well, but has one major flaw: It is not possible to easily tighten the adapter after installing a star nut. I installed the adapter in a steerer tube that was a couple of inches too short. I used Locktite on the threads to ensure it did not loosen, but after 10 minutes of riding, the adapter started to slip. I could not easily tighten the adapter because the installed star nut prevented getting a wrench to the adapter to tighten it. This was a known risk when I assembled this, but I am disappointed that it did not hold. I will get a fork with a longer steerer tube that does not need an adapter.

I guess this is a three item review as these are the three items I chose to update my Trek Navigator 100 with a new wider handlebar. My son says wider bars save life’s and after hitting some debris and loosing control and doing a face plant giving my self a concussion I tend to agree. All three items came with in days of ordering and they all worked well together and as anticipated.
