Good distraction
I really enjoyed this fidget rings during the time that I wore them the most! I was quitting vaping cold turkey. These helped a lot. I like how it kept my hand busy for sure. The spikey part was good bc once you would leave the ring in place for a minute the spikes would bring you back to fidgeting with it. It was comforting for me. I will say, I let multiple of my friends try it, and most didn’t like the tightness or the spikes of the ring. I however had a ring for work, a ring in my purse, a ring in my pocket, a ring in my car, a ring in my bedroom… you get it

Perfect Spiky Fidget Ring
If you are looking for a quality spiky fidget ring, look no further. Highly impressive design. They feel fantastic! I had a spiky fidget ring and lost it. Tried to replace it with the Rhino Skin ones - those were very tiny and they are soldered together. Good for kids but too tight for me as a person with smaller hands. Plus, they didn't feel as good. So I ordered these, and they didn't come. They got marked as undeliverable. I was ordering some other items and still wanted these rings, so I tried one more time. I am very happy I did. They are as good if not better than my original one! Larger, slightly heavier, and the feel really, really good. I have been using them for at least a month now without issue. If you want to try them I can highly recommend this set. They are quiet - no noise, and they can be used anywhere, school, office, home, religious center of your choice. (But be careful in some places because they are a springy toy and will pop out of your hands if you aren't paying attention!)Lastly, these are not soldered together like the Rhino Skin ones are, but instead they have been coiled together. My first one was this way too. It spring open at some point, but it is VERY EASY to coil the connection back together. Don't throw them out, unless the metal actually breaks, which if this is a think spring steel (maybe?) then that is very unlikely to happen. You can totally put them back together, because if I can do it, so can you!

Works well, just very tight!
Very helpful for me, though it is very tight! (I even gave one to my daughters who are still in elementary school and they thought they were too small). As a petite adult woman I can use them to distract myself, but I need to keep them moving or they will dig into my fingers and cut off my circulation.

For tiny fingers
It doesn’t stretch much. I have thin fingers, but they were tight even in the tip.

Well made not cheap material
Used in my hand therapy, these are well made, not cheap and very relaxing.

Best fidget I've found...
I have a thing about sharp edges. Some of the ways I've stimmed in the past were kind of destructive, like scraping my finger nail or popping my finger nails... Then eventually I'd start biting them. This fidget satisfies the urge to stim very well and has helped me stop a lifetime of nail biting. I've bought 3 packs so far and keep them always within reach. It's basically a silent fidget, it's fun, it's pretty durable. There's always a single gold toned one that breaks in each package I get, but otherwise I've got no other complaints. I highly recommend this fidget!

4.5 rating, love this idea but some important notes
I'm so glad these came in a pack of ten. This is a fantastic idea, and it's helped me more than anything else has in distracting myself from picking at my fingers. My daughter also likes them for the same reason. As other reviewers have pointed out, they give you a bit of pain which is a feature I really need in a fidget toy because it's reminiscent of picking at my fingers without actually hurting myself. The discomfort also registers more in my ADHD brain than other fidgets like pop-its that don't give me enough stimulation.I have a couple of issues with these, which are mostly not a big deal. They are a smidgen too small in my opinion, which is odd because I'm a woman and do not have massive fingers. I feel like they would be too tight for most men and even many women. Perfect for children and preteens, though. I have to constantly fidget with one or it becomes way too uncomfortable within 5-10 seconds. If they were a bit looser I could keep one on my pinky for a few minutes while I do something else (like typing or checking my phone or helping my kids get a snack) without putting it down somewhere and forgetting it. The other issue I've had is that three of the ten have come apart. I think they're fixable, but it would take a small tool and probably a magnifying glass to do it properly. If you don't have little pliers, be especially aware of this. However, they're cheap enough to replace that I don't feel like that's a massive drawback.

Another speck of waste
I've had these for less than 2 weeks, and each one I've used has ultimately broken within hours. I haven't found a way to fix them once they're undone, even with my jewelry-making tools (nose pliers, soldering iron, etc.) or how to still fidget with them in their broken state.Maybe I play with them too roughly to begin with, but isn't playing with them precisely the point? Part of the issue might be that I roll them up and down my thumb. But I feel I sort of have to because they are too tight for me and honestly hurt to wear in the same spot for more than a few seconds. (For reference, my fingers range from a ring size 2 to 6.)They are a great fidget toy in concept: discreet, hard to lose and good for on-the-go. I just can't in good faith recommend buying something that ultimately becomes yet another speck of waste within mere hours ... on our already melting and burning planet. :,,) I also forgot to consider when purchasing that I'd like to wear them while I work, but they are too bulky for typing and such.
