Oh boy did my son like this!It was a stocking filler. Like many ‘odd’ presents, this kitchen chopper went down a storm, especially once taken back to uni when his friends saw what he was chopping his dainty mushrooms with.🤭That said, he’s also told me that it goes through meat and especially bones brilliantly. It’s very sharp so only one good push and job done.He says it’s very comfortable in the hand, and has proved it’s manouverability as since small has played with knives like a samurai (now a rather good swordsman). It looks very impressive, but is also well made, tough and suits his Viking image.

I bought this knife 2 years ago and have literally fallen love with it. To start with, it’s simply beautiful. I love cleaning it, looking at its shape and texture, and putting it back to its original packaging box. It’s great for chopping chicken and etc as it has the right weight and comfort, and it always surprises me how sharp it is: it not only chops well, it cuts very sharply too!

Firstly the package was brilliant. The blade itself has a definitively pleasant weight,which is preferable when cutting bone.the construction is impeccable, I wouldn't worry about it breaking. The functionality is marvelous, for not only slicing anything from vegetable, salad,cold and warm meat, but excellent when cutting large joints. It's also worth mentioning because of the design, there is easy access to transfer items to your designation. Highly recommended.

This is an excellent product. Very sharp and cut from a tomato to bones. Lost it sharpness over time but just needs to figure a way to sharpen it.
