I went out at 4am. this morning with 10kg and walked 10000 steps, moderate walking and it was great. I would normally walk briskly without the vest doing 10000 steps. I am a 74 year old male. I felt very balanced because you can distribute the weights evenly, front and back. No chaffing at all. The velcro straps are perfect and quite manageable on your own. I am pleased i chose this one because it isn't too cumbersome and it can be hidden under a high vis vest.

I love them, I use them to get me warmed up for my weights routine. Chuck them on under a coat and baggy pants and go out for a walk. Feel 100 times better even if i ache more.The only downside is the vest is tough to get on with the way the straps need to be tied. There is room for improvement here.All in all a great product. Would recommend.

I like the hard wearing material and the pockets for the various weights that can be easily added or removed - I didn’t give it five stars as I find it difficult to get on or off when fully loaded if the vest had clips on the sides instead of buckles that the straps loop through it would have vastly improved the ease of use

Very pleased with this weighted vest, I have already bought the leg weights from this company and their products are top class. Having used it twice now I have got the know how to put it on and remove. I am registered blind so the clasps at the under arm were a bit of a struggle, but by accident is applied pressure away from the clamp and the opened easily. I used 10kg for a 5km walk,"I am 69 years young and have balance problems since I lost my sight 7 years ago" I have to say that I felt the weight, and the vest is very evenly carried and doesn't slip, unlike other vests I've used. Overall I am very happy with my discounted purchase.

Each compartment only has enough room for 2 bars, so max usable weight is around 30lbs, not 44lbs. Other than that its a good quality weighted vest.

I’m a big time Amazon shopper and rarely ever put a review. This time this product was very disappointing, not to mention sending back the package was such a hassle it took more than 2/3 weeks before any refund process was initiated.That aside, the product didn’t do what it was advertised for, it couldn’t carry the 20kg without having the side strap ripped. Poor quality on the manufacturing part.

I’m a woman and this added so much value to my exercises! After using it for 10 months I can honestly say I have lost weight and feel lighter and healthier because of it! The only thing I would add is that the strap is too big for me, even when I started using it and had more weight. I have to roll the straps a couple of times to attach the Velcro, but other than that the vest is really good, and the other parts (arms and legs) as well. Love it!
