Good bit of kit
Bought as a present for someone who goes to Costa on a regular basis. Arrived quickly and had no issues with the balance of money on it. A great gift for that person where you don't really know what to buy them, but want to do more than just cash in an envelope. Very pleased indeed.

Zero balance on 2 cards
Purchased a gift card which was supposed to have £40 credit on. When received, nothing had been loaded onto it. Contacted Amazon customer services and a replacement was sent out. Unfortunately, this also had a zero balance and had never been activated. Contacted customer service again and this time they issued a full refund. Can't fault customer services, but the distribution team definitely need training on how to process the gift cards.
