Q: Dear team , pls confirm if the product needs to be plugged in always . i charged it for 8 hours but everytime i use it i need to plug in a port. pls

It's better to keep it plugged in the USB port as otherwise, the intensity of light will come down after some time.

Q: Can it be used while charging?

Yes, but I recommend that not to use while charging.
