The media could not be loaded. When it comes to body building or being healthy you can trust this product to fulfill you vitamins and minerals requirement. But I feel a little problem here, that is, this product doesn't gives you 100% RDA for calcium and magnesium, for that you need to fulfill that requirement from food or supplements. And overall, this product is very good( 8.4/10).🔥🔥👍🏻👍🏻

I have been and still use a variety of range of unived products. This vitamins of them, I guess they are good, I don't think I am deficient in most of the vitamins, maybe one or two not meeting the rda. But in general I like unived products. But I'd like to give one star to their customer support. I sent multiple emails, no response then through what's app,they gave so late and delayed response and that too only half information. I wanted to know if I could take out the powder and take it as sometimes the capsule almost used to get stuck in my throat. And, second for which they gave no answer is ,I just enquired the difference between their basics series and whole food labeled series.Unived I believe or I assume rather to be a good brand. Keep a good customer service team man. C'mon unived. Plus I always support cruelty free nutrition.

Tablet is excellent and have all necessary daily vitamins and Minerals. It's effective and Safe to use.. men and women anyone can take it.. but i recommend one capsule a day instead of two... No bad smell or taste.. very easy to swallow with a glass of water..

Don't have second thoughts get it. One of the best multivitamin in Indian market . But a bit expensive. For the mentioned requirements you have to take 2 capsules . So this one lasts only for a month.

Old bar code is hidden with a sticker & a new one is pasted..the manufacturing year and expiry year has been erased.. can't trust unived anymore. . I will not consume it as I cannot trust this brand anymore

Great ingredients matching International standards. No binders or fillers. Very clean product. Just would have liked if dosage of vitamins were higher and not just 100% RDA to make it more potent as RDA is always very mininal and not necessarily optimal.Pros:1) Methyltetrahydrofolate instead of folic acid2) No unnecessary ingredients like maltodextrin, talc, colors, etc.Cons:1) Minimal dosage of 100% Rda for most vitamins especially when serving is 2 capsules a day and costs 600.
