Cats love it!
One of my cats has always loved his "mousies"...any toy mouse, especially if it has a long tail. So, not having a ton of money to spend on extras at the moment, I got him this for a birthday present. I figured the chirping noise would be an added bonus, and I was right! (Fortunately, it is not loud enough, or long enough, to be annoying). The sound lets me easily get his attention, and he loves to run after it and bat it around. The fact that batting it makes it chirp more makes it more fun for them. I like that there are no batteries to replace or charge (maybe there is some internal battery powering the sound, but it doesn't seem to be anything replaceable.). A big hit for my cats at a small price!

The Dynamite is the Bomb
My cats are absolutely nuts about the dynamite. They kick it and play with it until it becomes floppy and unusable, so I just turn around and order another. I have been consistently reordering this item since 2020--for five years! It is a must-have in our house. Don't hesitate to order this item. It is so inexpensive, and your cats will not be disappointed.

Voted #1 cat toy unanimously by our cat crew
Without a doubt, our cats' favorite toy of all time. I don't know what kind of cat nip they put in this thing but they go crazy over it. Our new kitten likes to carry the used rag around from the older one.

My older cat loves this
My cat is older and she has always had a catnip stick of dynamite. I have to buy a new one every few years so this is probably my fourth one. It keeps her active on those days when she gets very playful. She scoops it up in her paw and actually tosses it up in the air, when it hits the ground she pounces on it. When she gets a new one she will just roll around on top of it. I imagine trying to cover herself with the smell of catnip. It's always entertaining to see what she will do next.

Worth it
I've bought a lot of toys for my cat, some he enjoys and others he doesn't bother with. Unfortunately this wasn't bothered with so I gave it to a friend who says his cat plays with it a little. I think maybe a younger cat would enjoy it. Or if the squeaking was a little louder or the mouse had good catnip inside of it he would have liked it more. I think it's definitely worth what I paid though and I can picture other cats enjoying it a lot more than my cat.

Good toy if catnip works for your cat.
It is a nice toy and the catnip smelled fresh; however, my cat did not respond to catnip at all so that is why I rated it 3 stars.

Hands-down my cats favorite toy--nothing else even comes close
I want to give this one star because my cat torments me with it, but I have to give it a five because it’s hands-down his favorite toy. 😅 (This is important, seeing as how it's world and we're just living in it.) He carries it everywhere, hides it from himself just to find it again, throws it at me to stalk it, and pretty much treats it like the best thing ever. I don’t know if he sees it as his baby or his prey, but it’s the ONLY toy he plays with consistently—for months now. I’ve even tried hiding it to get a break from his obsession over it, but he somehow manages to track it down. Fair warning: your cat will love it, but you might rue the day.

Barely makes noise but, it's cute
Doesn't make much noise but, my newly adopted cat played with it anyway. Then one of my dogs discovered the mouse & finished it off. Didn't last a day.
