Adhere’s to anything
This may be expensive, but it’s worth every penny. Patched a section of garage roof. I actually think it will outlast the shingles.

Crazy strong
I put a couple of layers of this tape down on a hot tub cover that was split three years ago. I bought another roll this year to reinforce as the cover is continuing to go down hill. This is great tape if you can keep from getting wrapped up in it.
