I tend to stay with Samsung the way Apple people stay with Apple. 9/10 you know you're getting an upgrade whenever you upgrade.OK, that said, I'm not hard on my devices and I always buy 2 years behind, after all updates in software have happened.For being 2 years (2 versions) behind the flagship, it is amazing. Especially for the sub $700 price. Though it's missing a headphone jack, it does everything that I can think of.The pictures though......next level from the note 9.Pros- camera- audio- software/compatibility- feels hi tech.Cons- no headphone jack- thumbprint reader is under the screen, in a crappy place.- volume rocker on the bad side of the phone(A change I definitely don't support after over a decade of phones)The cons are minor though, I guess the superior camera could not share space with a fingerprint reader. You actively have to face the phone to be sure you position your fingers correctly.Anyway, this thing is great. If you want a damn good phone, which will hold you over for a while, this phone will surprise you everyday.Thanks for reading!

I recently upgraded from the note 20 ultra to the fold 5, and after a month I really started to miss my note. I needed a new cell for work and I was leaning towards the s 22 ultra, but I came across this deal and opted for the familiarity of the note. The phone I received is basically brand new. The battery is at least as good as my previous note. Really pleased with the entire process, and glad I went with the note.

This phone stop working and it is no even a year since I bought it and I have been calling and getting no response to my satisfaction such a shame I will never recommend any one to buy a phone on line…

So I bought this exact phone 2 years ago but I accidently dropped it and had to get a new phone. I say it's worth it because originally when I bought this the phone 2 years ago it was about 1200 and to find it it under 500 dollars is a life saver. I really really love this phone I dont have interest in looking for another because it exceeds my expectations on a smart phone.

Phone arrived quickly packaged well with no damage and in excellent working order. Could not be happier

Decent price for refurbished, no scratches and perfect screen. The only thing wrong was the included charger and cable is for the older models. It should have come with a usbc/usbc cable and the 11.0v wall plug not the 9.0v. Fast delivery right before Christmas was much appreciated. Thank you.
