Good quality
I use this camera to monitor my 3D printer remotely. It works great. Camera was a little bit of a pain to focus with the tool it came with but other than that I have no complaints. It was a little pricey but it was name brand. I buy cheap Chinese brands all the time but that can be a crap shoot. I would buy this again and be confident that it will work out of the box.

Pretty decent camera
A pretty decent camera module for the Raspberry Pi with decent 1080p quality both for stills and video -- don't expect this to replace your camera for streaming but it works okay as a webcam. I installed it on an Raspberry Pi 3B+ and had no problems -- be careful with the fragile ribbon cable and camera connection on the Pi because they can both be broken very easily (especially the connection latch).

Great image output, worked first time, no fooling around. 👍
We use this to monitor a 3D printer; it "just worked", which surprised (and pleased!) both of us. We're used to having to at least somewhat prod config files, search for compatible drivers, that sort of thing. But this went so smoothly I'm willing to call the who product and process mature. Which is an accolade I don't give out lightly in the rPi world. Very pleased, totally comfortable recommending the camera. The long flat cable was great too - no issues.

The cable does not fit Raspberry Pi 5. Need to change the cable.
The cable that comes with it, does not fit Raspberry Pi 5. Camera works fine but to make it work with Raspberry Pi 5, I used "Official CSI FPC Flexible Cable Compatible with Raspberry Pi 5, 200MM/20CM, 22Pin to 15Pin, Suitable for CSI Camera Modules"

Came with a plastic tool to adjust the focus, much to my surprise.
I initially thought I had wasted my money. The focus closer than 20' was really bad. Later I realized the round plastic white thing in the box was a knob that fit the tiny indentions on the lens so it could be turned for focusing. The image will never be as good as a more expensive camera, but that's not the point when you only spend twenty bucks on something like this, is it?All in all, it works as advertised.

The camera module adds great functionality to the RPi
The camera module adds great functionality to the RPi. However, it acts like a low cost camera sensor (poor low-light resolution and such), but that's what it is. The real strengths are its low cost (therefore accessibility) and its configurability with the default RPi software. I'm working on an instant replay project that needs good resolution at a high frames per second rate, and this module will do the job. The only detractors are that it comes with a 6" cable - probably only adequate if you are making a handheld camera - and, if there is a quick-disconnect connector available, it's not easy to find. In fact, to detach the camera from the circuit board I need to open my RPi case. But I am very thankful to have this low cost camera module.

This is a great hobby camera with Consistent picture quality
This camera is exactly as described. Very small but very good quality. I've been having issues with my Raspberry Pi that required me to repeatedly power cycle the device and it still isn't having any issues. It's a quality 1080 image/video and though I've seen comments about focus, I have had no issues. I actually use my pi to keep an I eye on the house & watch my 3d Printer progress through different prints, and I am more than happy with the results. The package was delivered on time with no damage. Good Buy.For those having issues getting started streaming, simply open terminal and run the following command:sudo modprobe bcm2835-v4l2The is an "L" not a "1" by the way. It works perfectly. The screenshot attached is a picture of my raspberry pi streaming video over the internet on my phone while I was testing a new camera position for watching my 3d Printer.

3D print enthusiasts, GET IT
I bought this as a camera setup for my 3D Printer, (so if I need to step out I can monitor the print through Octopi) and the setup was easy the camera quality is impressive for the size, one thing I kind don’t like is it’s kinda hard to turn/focus the lens so I’d recommend getting (or printing) a small wrench for the focus.
