Does what it says it does
Don’t expect back cracking frenzy, but it’s good for people with lower back problems like myself. 5 minutes with level 1 setting on the floor and you get up feeling no pain for a good hour or so.

My item broke.
I got the item and it was so difficult to put on the levels that it broke in half. very useless product. i don’t recommend it.

Not the best quality. Foam part on the middle is too short and falls out everytime is being used.I feel it can be dangerous if not use with extreme attention
