Great for sleep!
I used to wake up several times in the night. Now, I spray this product in the bottom of my feet and my kids feet every night. It's very helpful with staying asleep. I don't use it for sore muscles but only for sleep.

Helps me with sleep
Maybe it’s just a placebo but it does help me fall asleep easier and sleep more restful. I spray four or five times on my wrists and gently rub them together a few times. I do this about an hour before bedtime. It might itch for a little bit but I’m able to ignore it; nothing too bad. I also like the light lavender scent.I’d recommend giving it a try.

Works immediately
I used this on my mom's knee as she fell on it and the area is well bruised on the inside. Once I used it on her, she said it was pulling her muscles inside. It stopped and she slowly fell asleep. I will try this on my back as well. A friend recommend this to me and I am glad she did. This product works well on sore muscles.

Don’t buy it
When you apply it, it makes your skin itch and burn so bad. Also, you cannot return it.

Mixed feelings
It does seem to work for aches and pains but it’s terribly sticky. I purchased this item based partially on a review with the header “absorbs easily“. I don’t know if they have totally different skin than mine, but it does not absorb easily at all for me. It doesn’t absorb for me period let alone easily. Stays on top of the skin for hours and feels weird next to sheets. I tried and tried to work with this product but I’m going back to the lotion version. It doesn’t absorb super well either but it’s far better than this. Smells great though. I really hate giving any product a low star review but this one really needs some work. Sticky and messy.

Allergic Reaction
Be cautious if you- like me- have sensitive skin.This product made my skin itch like crazy.I've used the Magnesium lotion with great results, I was surprised by the itching with this one.

Absorbs easily
I love this stuff. I have restless legs and this stuff is wonderful. I use it every time I shower. If I forget I feel it.
