It’s amazing easy to use simplicity itself, indoor fitness

this push up board set contains 2 detachable boards, 2 handles and many anti-skid pads, setup was pretty simple and straightforward, i completed the setup in probably just 2 minutes!the board is made with sturdy plastic, seems durable and not easy to break, there are many colour slots on the board, each colour represent training for different muscles of the body, this is the first time i found push up is not only for training chest muscles, a bit surprised it could train so many parts of the bodythere is a double sided card included in the package, some very brief function description of each slot, also a workout calendar to followhonestly, as a beginner, i was so confused after reading the card, but later i found there is a web link that i could follow to the power press official web site, and from the web site i found a link to youtube, where contain video tutorials of all workout phases, very detailed, i could follow the video to use the board without any problem, the only matter was that i really need keep practise everydayi’m very satisfied with this product, it encourages me a lot, the board is so convenient to use and not occupying much space when unusedno doubt i would recommend this producthope you find these information helpful

The honest truth is that anyone can do the same exercises without this board and making them as effective BUT I actually feel that it is a great aid for motivation and ideas and at £17 it is brilliant.The construction is good and the product feels solid. Placing the little rubber feet does protect my wooden floor and avoid the interlocked boards from moving about. Inside the box I found a quite professional and well designed exercise card giving suggestions and a full 10 weeks plan.Personally I was already doing quite a few of these exercises but having the option to move in between set positions and targeting specific reps does bring a bit of variety to my workout and it actually feels pretty effective. I think this board could also easily integrated into a course workout and it could be a great addition not only at home but even for some professional training classes.The only reason why I did not give 5 stars is connected to first point, more extra plastic for body exercises that can be done with no further aids. But I think if one wants to buy it, for sure this bords is one of the best one since it is a bit larger in size and therefore has more options and it is far more stable.

It’s rather on the bigger side, but easly to dismount and store.1. Quick assembly2. Great work out instruction, actually helping to improve fitness level over time (I just used it for push ups, but one can do more!)3. Size is big which means it’s a bit more stable than smaller versions

Good push up board. Helpful for exercises but it is made of plastic so the board bends downwards in the middle.

OMG!I’ve been doing push ups on and off for the best part of the last 25 years and have NEVER been SO amazed by a push up gadget.If your reading this, just put in your basket and buy it.OK so it’s not amazing quality , but for the price, it’s pretty good.I honestly cannot believe the different number of upper body muscles it works, I’ve just had my first session on it and am speechless.If your on the fence… get off and buy it, no I’m not getting paid, or commissioned, I’ve simply been blown away by it! A piece of metal and plastic!!! 😁Cheapest thrill I’ve had in ages lol
