Strong adhesive, fits good

They provide both flat and rounded bases so most helmets will be covered. Adhesive is strong and there's enough tools to allow any angle of mounting.

Plastic is brittle. Easily snaps on retaining clip

I bought this for my helmet to mountainboard with. On the second day of use, the clip to keep it in the helmet attachment snapped off when inserting it with little effort.Edit: Insta360 agreed to send a replacement part for the broken clip after reaching out to their support via their website. Their support was very helpful in getting this issue resolved.

Total loss. Multiple pieces have snapped, camera completely destroyed

Update: THREE broken arm pieces with normal use. Total loss of the camera. It never functioned properly after. I ride a sportbike it’s not like I’m off-roading. These WEAK plastic pieces CRACK EASILY! This mount snapped off as I was going over a speed bump on my motorcycle and my camera flew off. Another one of the mounts had snapped on the base clip when sliding to connect it, but I didn’t expect this mount arm to snap also. These 360 cameras are very expensive and now one side of it is completely damaged!

The box I received was clearly opened and not new. Inside, some parts such as the fixed plastic bracket was snapped and completely unusable.
