Awesome cookies. Saved marriage
I went to London but did not have space to pack gifts and my wife would kill me if I forgot gifts. So I ordered these on Amazon and told her it was from London. The cookies saved my marriage because it was that good. She was so happy that she made me happy later that day.

Wow. These are delicious
Fortnum and Mason is the best of class in England for a reason. These cookies are just one example. The caramel is sweet, with just the right touch of salt. They are expensive, but worth it.

Arrived in broken pieces
For $33.00 for 20 biscuits (cookies) they should not arrive broken! 1/3 of the cookies were in crumbles. Tasted great but the company needs to up its game in shipping protection.

good enough to order again
We received these as a gift from friends in UK. We find them so good with tea that I decided to find them and order more. Nice delicate crunch, buttery, caramel, and not too sweet.

Broken to bits
Too expensive to get like this. If you are buying for a special occasion do NOT get these. Shame on this company. They should package differently to prevent breaking. The Queen would be disgusted.

Product tin was dented. When packaged was opened, the cookies were in pieces.
Biscuits arrived in pieces inside the boxed container. I could not use them to be served for company on a plate.I feel I deserve another replacement.
