It works really well, so well that I will probably buy it again. HOWEVER, I truly hope they begin to make this in different flavors because I have to hold my nose while I drink it. Helps me fall asleep but not in a dramatic way that makes me feel groggy the next day. Doesn't give me weird dreams. It would truly be a 5/5 if the taste was better.Edit: I got used to the taste and really kind of like it now. But I probably went through at least 4-5 boxes before I was able to actually enjoy the taste. It works so well still, even after over a year of taking it 4-5 days a week, it deserves 5 stars. I wish it was a little less expensive.

It works without making you miss your alarm in the morning or feel foggy the next day. I don’t wake up in the middle of the night hungry like I have with sleep aid pills. And plain ol’ melatonin pills have never really helped me fall asleep. The taste will grow on you. But I think it tastes best when I fill up my 40oz cup 2/3s of the way and drink most of it or leave half for the next evening. And it works wonderfully.Highly recommend. I always hear about how sleep type products cause xyz problems in the long run and really hope that this isn’t the case but I guess we will find out 😂

Has the regular benefits if Liquid IV that I like: It's cheaper than Gatorade and I feel that it's more effective. It does make me sleepy and chill without being too heavy. This flavor tastes like feet. I chug it down and try not to taste it. Would still repurchase but I wish the flavor was better.

Not too savvy on the flavor because of the lavender but does a great job helping you to sleep with the added perks of hydration.

Roommate loved these. Good taste and good value for money. Said he believed they helped him fall asleep.

I have been having trouble sleeping thru the night, I usually wake up around 3am and can't fall back to sleep for an hour or so. I like the other liquid IV products and saw this on amazon and thought I would give it a go. I tried it for the first time last night. I was expecting the taste to be bad, and it wasn't pleasant, but not too horrible. What was horrible is 20-30 mins after I drank it, I got really bad stomach pains and felt terrible to where I had to throw up- 4 times until everything was all out. I slept badly and woke up with a terrible headache. I can only imagine it's a bad reaction to one of the ingredients. Please be aware! I am throwing the whole thing out.

This item works. You will fall to sleep quickly.I also have, just in case I’m having one of those nights, where I can’t sleep.

Best sleeping aid, with no side effects. I am purchasing this again and again.
