Fits Chevy Cruze 2011, Much cheaper than dealership, Easy programming if you have an original key and want spares
I have a 2011 Chevy Cruze, and my original Remote KeyFobs were starting to fall apart...the buttons were all punched out and one day the key stopped working. Luckily, my wife's key was still in much better condition, but I didn't want to take any chances of hers getting lost or broken, so it was time to replace my key and get a spare. Now I called the Chevy Dealership to get an idea of what it would cost to buy two new keys, have them cut, and have them programmed, and the total price was probably going to be around $200. They wanted $50 just for programming 2 keys! Before I knew about this product I told myself that maybe it was a complicated process or maybe they used a special machine, but that is not the case at all. Programming these keys for the Chevy Cruze was as easy as starting the car with an original (already programmed key) and then starting the car with the new key (one to be programmed) within 10 seconds of turning the car off and taking the original key out. I did this process with both of the new keys and I have been using them now for about 2 months with no issues yet. Both keys work great. If you don't have the original key, well then you might be out of luck and have to pay the dealership fee for them to do the initial programming, but at least you'll know for the future! The only hint of a problem I could see is that one day my car gave me a message saying the the key battery was low; however, this was only one time and since then it hasn't been repeated and the key still works. If the battery dies I would downgrade this to 4 stars, as long as i can figure out how to replace it, because new keyfobs shouldn't come with dead batteries. The dealership charged me $10 dollars to cut each key, so all in all, instead of spending $200 I spent about $45.In conclusion, these New Programmable Keyfobs are a fantastic deal for anyone who needs a replacement or extra set of keys.

Works great w/ 2015 Chevy Cruze
Bought this for my mother in law. It was hard to find a place that would carve it to match with her key but once we got that done, it was super easy to program the key with the car yourself and overall it was cheaper to buy this key from Amazon than to get it from a dealership. She's been using one of them for a few months now and the buttons all work great, no fading, and the material for the buttons isn't breaking.

Electronics Don't Match the OEM's Quality
Like buying a Rolex off a Manhattan street vendor, great knock off as far as feel, weight, and mechanical qualities are concerned. However, just as I had gambled after reading other posts, the circuitry that permits the car to start eventually failed. Curiously, the door lock buttons continued to operate perfectly.I only had one cut key blade, having lost one of the original remotes, so I opened the shell of the failing remote and replaced the circuit board with the one from the original remote. Still having the second new remote with an uncut blade, I broke down and went to ACE Hardware where they cut it for $75. Still a high cost, but around half of what the dealer and locksmiths charge. I've programmed the second one and now we're back to "normal" but know that eventually this other remote will fail. So, I'm going to get two more as backups. By the time we make it through all of them, I calculate that we'll be looking for another car. Should be 4 to 6 years.

Work like a charm and in three steps if you have the original and making some extra
Love that I was able to do this myself and not pay the dealer some riduclously hefty amount like $600, or $400 or even a $100.Step #1: So buy these. Make sure Make Model, Year and all match.Step #2: Take them to a reputable Lock and Key place who have that laser cutter - I found American Lock and Key in Las Vegas (Rainbow Blvd)Step #3: Turn the car on with the ORIGINAL KEY. Turn it off. Stick the newly cut key in, turn it on, then turn it off. Car starts ,and stops, also the key buttons are programmed to the car.Hurrraaaaaah!

Works, easy to program
Easy to program. Manufacture had changed the design a little from the last ones I bought but they still work. Good value

If you broke the case of your original key the electronics will fit right in this replacement.
These worked out great for us. My Camaro had a recall wherein they took the flip key and made it into a regular key. In the mean time both my wife and I had broken the lock and unlock buttons on our remote. So we just took the guts out of our old remote and installed them in these. Put the new separate key on the newly rebuilt remote and boom, everything worked. No programming, no key cutting. I realize this won't be the same for most people but if you are in the same situation it's easy as pie.

Bought for 2010 Camaro fob replacement
I bought these to replace our damaged 2010 Camaro fobs but could not program them myself. The card that came with them sent you to a website to reprogram the fob. However, it just told you how to reprogram the key. Unfortunately, the 2010 Camaro fobs were recalled and were replaced with a key separate from the fob (which we didn't know until we got these-we are the 2nd owner of this car). We didn't need a key, just the fob. After much research, it looks like the fob cannot be reprogrammed without taking it to the dealer. I will come back and rate higher if they work after taking them to the dealer, lower if they don't (just because the product details included 2010 Camaro). I'm really disappointed that I can't program them myself.

Great Buy
Easy to program to a 2015 Cruz every function on remote works great. The downside is finding someone that can laser cut the key blank. Car dealers in my area would not cut key unless you purchased it from them. I found a locksmith that cut key and programmed to car for $40 a key. Great price in my opinion.
