Great product, works very good

Don't buy!!!! I'm 99.9% sure that this third party private seller is having these rebuilt or buying them with the forknowledge of and with non Microsoft certified hardware,which is not at all difficult to do. They will of course deny this.I am very familiar with hardware and the Xbox console. Even the interface is different and it lags doing the most simple of menu tasks .Not to mention the loading icons and colors are all slightly different to the trained eye.Know that they are all made in China now as well as assembled. This is what happens sadly.Put in a lesser quality processor or hardware and sell these things and they make lots of $$$$$$$$ because most people are unaware in this respect. For most I'm sure it will work just good enough and they won't catch it.Lucky for me I had issues out the box and it was clear to me without taking it apart what the issue is.I mean the games won't even play.I know all too well...cheap Chinese rebuilds with uncertified parts...Shame on me for thinking Amazon would be any better then Alibaba.It's the American equivalent.

After reading the reviews, I will admit I was a little apprehensive in buying a renewed xbox one x. Especially since the one advertised was $100 less than I had previously seen on Amazon. But, since it was a great deal and I knew I wouldn't find it or less, I went a head and bought it. I am so happy that I did. I actually waited to write my review until I had used the xbox for a while, since it seems others had issues after using it for a few days. Well, I purchased it on Feb 11 and it is now March 25 and not one issue. In fact, I even signed up for preview builds and have gotten a few updates since my purchase. I am able to game using 4k graphics for hours with no issues, no heating up, nothing wrong at all. I have a 55" 4k TV and the video from the xbox is amazing. I play heavy graphic games like Destiny 2, Call of Duty and others so at first I kept a close eye on the machine. I can literally game with heavy graphics for hours - like 4 -5 hours at a time and no issues. I also watch 4k streaming on Hulu and Netflix with no issues there either. The xbox did come in a generic box with only the power cord and wireless controller, but I get Gamepass Ultimate free through Bing rewards, so I wasn't too worried about not getting the Xbox Live Gold subscription. Also, I had extra HDMI cables, so again not an issue. As for looks, the machine looks brand new and the label says it was made in 2019, so maybe I got one that was not actually renewed, I dunno. There is no certified renewed sticker from Microsoft like they would put on it. All I know is, it works awesome and looks brand new, so I am happy. I would definitely recommend getting one. I use instant on, so it loads really fast and I can use my Android app to download games on the go, or use my voice via Google Assistant and turn the machine on/off, or to record things as I am playing rather than using the controller options in a "heavy situation." All-in-all a great purchase and I am happy I made the decision to go with it.

I was skeptical at first because the package didn't come in the actual Xbox one box but it came in a regular box. That's fine but the Xbox one x was flawless and worked perfectly with the wireless joystick... Everything was perfect, thank you

2 months in so far so good. The hdmi it came with was causing connectivity issues, I swapped it with a better cord and it works fine. Controller it came with takes a mini usb to charge. Overall good purchase

I have two issues that I will address. I’ve never really written a review but I felt I had to for this. First I would like to say this. I have a sort of the OG Xbox one console in white and I started having some personal preference issues such as turning on randomly and slow loading and gaming times. It works great though. But I thought it was time to upgrade so I looked into the one x. Price wise it was a lot so I came across renewed. Long story short I did my research and bought one SOULY FOR THE CONSOLE. HOWEVER there are two main issues with my purchase. Number one is the controller. I understand it’s “used” but the controller I received is trashed. Sticks are down to the plastic, buttons barely work, it’s disgusting in terms of like gunk on it and I’m not happy. And secondly shipping could have been a lot better. I simply received it in a box and the console wrapped in bubble wrap. Could have easily been thrown around and broken but luckily it wasn’t. Overall the console I received was in decent condition better than I expected and so far I have had 0 issues. Came with hdmi and power cable which look brand new. Overall I’m fairly happy but just keep in mind… there USED
