Wasabi Soy ANYTHING!!!! Standard but refreshingly epic non-bag 1 pound spice container. Furthermore, the taste and usability of this powdered soy sauce will bring me back to order more as soon as I am in need!!

Fine for the $
The product is fine for the money. Hard to gauge exactly how much you need to correctly replace liquid soy sauce. I use this in jarred spice rubs. I'm sure I will get better in time, but it has been a little challenging so far. However, when mixed with other ingredients, it has a great flavor.

I love the fact that soy sauce powder actually exists
I love the fact that soy sauce powder actually exists! I had ordered this powder so that I could make some Wasabi soy sauce almonds. With some tweaking, they turned out great! However, I didn't realize the first time I used the powder, just how concentrated it was, and massively over powered the other ingredients =8~O

Extremely easy.
Great for food storage. However, I'm not sure it's flavor is as good as Kikkoman's soy sauce. Don't skimp on this if using in a recipe. The flavor is mild.
