This works and has five types of collegian.
Have been using this for over 18 months and it works. After taking a load of different vitamins, I now only take this alongside HRT and feel a massive difference with bones - no longer clicking, skin, hair and nails.

Good quality
Following a Keto diet, so this is a great addition to my protocol. Skin condition has definitely improved. It has very little taste which is good. It can be taken by itself or mixed into drinks, smoothies, stuff you are making and baking etc. Excellent and very important that it is non GMO and from pasture raised sources. Quality item. The down side is that it is very pricey.

Collagen supplement
Can't really say what difference this has made I got this for my mum and she's only used this for 1 week. At 88 with scoliosis and arthritis she may be too far gone for this to help but she will persevere.

Improve on quantity otherwise is a good product
I like the fact that my knee pain is starting to fade but I suggest that the quantity should be reviewed

Tastes awful
I’ve been putting collagen in my coffee for about three years now. My normal product is showing as unavailable so I tried this product. It tastes awful. It has a really strong flavour which isn’t masked by my coffee. Tryely horrid. Would not recommend.
