Douglas Laboratories Bromelain | 500 mg - Supports Musculoskeletal System | 60 Capsules

My wife has been using Bromelain for many years to help reduce swelling and inflamation. It seems to especially help if she has red, puffy eyes or swollen joints around her fingers. I can't recall who first recommended this product to her, but I'm glad they did. If you have chronic inflamation or swelling issues, I would highly recommend giving this product a try. Amazon sells several diffeent brands of this product, and usually all of them are at a great price!

I try and make sure that I get a dose of bromelain everyday, and living in the Midwest pineapples/100% juice isn’t easy to find. I’ve tried a few brands of bromelain, took it consistently, but still felt that the stuff in my chest wasn’t dissolving. I found this brand and will never go back to another. I take one capsule everyday, and sometimes two when I’m sick or I feel a build up of mucus in my chest. Since taken consistently, I’ve noticed a major difference in the amount of mucus in my chest. I don’t prefer using over the counter medicine to mask the symptoms, so I definitely recommend this if you prefer a natural approach.

Works well for joint pain. No side effects for me.

I have used this product often for pain and after surgeries. It helps back and knee pain.

I took other bromelain before that worked well. This one doesn't make any effect .

Capsules are easy to swallow. I do not use the product for pain relief but rather bruise healing no flavor

This product uses an entirely different measurement method from all of the other bromelain products, and is therefore difficult to compare. It might be acceptable, depending on what you're intending to use it for, but I could not find anything to explain their classification system.
