Weems & Plath The Ship's Log

I like this. It’s “volume 3”for my log so I’ve bought this twice before.

I got this for my husband when we bought our boat. He uses it like a diary of the places we go and the things we see. We also have all our guests and visitors sign the guest pages in the back. It's very attractive and lies flat when it's open, making it easy to write in.

Very nice, has a lot of nifty information in it in addition to being a log book. How to read waves for wind speed, protocals for using the VHF, a section to record pertinant information. A really nice little log book.

I gave as a gift, it was well received.

Really disappointing. Sailors know everything boat related is subject to a luxury tax and this log book is no exception, but there is a difference between spending $30 on a specialized, quality, notebook and one with a unattached, bent plastic cover, some papers on a spiral binding and fifteen minute required assembly time. I will think twice about Weems & Plath products in the future.

Wish it was a little smaller. This is a pretty big book to stow on the boat. Already has dings on the corners.

This is the start of the third logbook covering the adventures of my boat. It's convenient, durable, and easy to keep.

Over rated. The pages have no prompts for common check items during watch changes. This would be simple to add since every boat has basically the same criteria. Course, speed, fuel level, bilge check, . It’s a simple standard checklist that is overlooked for the fancy cover.
