I think this is hands down the best summer sausage I have had. I'm a fan of most of the main brands, but Old Wisconsin summer sausage is leagues above the rest in taste and texture alone. Add in the cost and those other brands become jokes.

I’m old and this seems new or revised.
Doesn’t have the flavor quality that I remember from over 30 years ago. I should have purchased the smaller one first, as a trial. This just doesn’t have the draw for my tastebuds and much of it will go to waste. I hate wasting stuff, makes me feel substandard as a human being.
