The cup itself is a great size, fits perfectly on my office desk. The materials of this cup body is perfect. It feels great when I touch its body. I checked that the inner tank is made from Tritan, which is a kind of materials used for infant feeding-bottle.This white cup body with colorful LED light is great to show me the water temperature when I hold it. I could use my iPhone to connect the cuptime to record the amount of my day time drinking.To my surprise, this smart device also could help to make my drinking plan according to my age, height, and weight. Moreover, this amazing cup can distinguish whether the water is poured out or is drunk. This may because it has a lot of amazing technologies. I also let my little son to use it to drink water and it helps me a lot to remind me through my iPhone how my little son drinks water at home when I work at company.Such a great smart cup is perfect for our families.

The seller contacts me after I made a complaint on the base cap. It is plastic and easy to break. It broke when I tried Turing it back. The seller sent me a new cap. Now I am happy with it.They say the cup can take hot tea and coffee. Just not to put it completely in the water.I changed my review for the good customer service. Good work, carry on. And I hope the design can make it better. So it will be easy to care.

I have never remembered to drink enough water during the day at work. This cup is a great reminder. And also with the app downloaded in my iphone, it designed specific plan just for me to drink healthily. I have drunk much more water after I got this cup. Now everyday I will check my cuptime in the end of the day to see how much did I drunk for the whole day. And also I liked the white color and cool LED bar! Loved it!

Difficulty syncing the bottle. Once the bottle finally would sync, the app would not read the capacity. Tried several times and never got the app to work properly.

the cover doesn't tightly hold and I got the app running and all but it doesn't sync at all... i'm very disappointed..

I could not even get the cup to turn on. It is poorly designed.
