Really good. Keeps shape beautifully. A bit thick but much better than earlier versions.

Did not work well for me.
Sorry, but this memory foam has a very efficient memory. It flattened to about 1" the first night, and immediately remembered that configuration thereafter. In all fairness, I do admit I'm a big guy ... about 6' 2" and over 260#, but if these things have a weight limit, it should be mentioned in the sales info. I don't return much to Amazon, but this one went straight back.

TOO SOFT
Pillow just needs to be firmer for support. It was Just too spongy, not like the one I had before.

I find this pillow very comfortable but not too stiff. It does stay in place even without straps. Nice soft material.

Does what it needs to do
I am 6'3" and ~200 lbs. and this is perfect for my knees. It is a little squishy but keeps my knees apart and comfortable.

Not the best but not the worst either
The product is too soft but it serves the purpose, I didn't dig around enough but the same product was available thru the US Amazon website for 1/3rd the price but given that I will have to pay shipping I would have still saved a bit. As a product its fair.
