I bought these shoes for work as the heel is not too high or too thin. The problem is that they are at least two sizes too small. The took a long time to arrive, they are labelled with my EU size and also have my US size, but they are wrong. Very disappointed ☹️

I'm always a 4.5 but these are way too tight, more like a 4 or 3.5

i've bought 3 pairs of these shoes now over the past few years, in different colours. The sizing is exactly as per my UK shoe size. The last pair i bought split on both shoes (one shoe was on the inside and the other on the outside). i complained to the seller and they shipped me a brand new pair FOC, by express delivery. Couldn't possibly fault the customer service! Thank you so much.
