I used this for the past year, and I can't say enough good things about it. I purchased it when I had just graduated from my Master's program, didn't have a job yet, was really feeling confused about how I wanted to get on with life at that time. This journal went through 3 jobs with me. I got a spring job, summer job, and now I am full-time employed with a salary at a very stressful but fulfilling job (and the journal keeps me organized through all the chaos!). I would say this (plus yoga) was my number one greatest tool of the past year -- it is thoughtful without being hokey. And it's very professional looking (it isnt full of stickers and sparkles like some other journal planners out there). The prompts in the reflection part are the best journaling prompts I have come across. I really like that it takes a holistic look at life, not just career, but also relationships, mind and body, creativity, etc.Functionality: The pencil holder was so valuable and the leather cover makes it very durable. I personally never used the inner pocket or the fold-out timeline in the back but I used every other aspect of the journal.I now coordinate and instruct a job training program for homeless in downtown Boston, MA, and I ordered these journals for each of my students. They were very excited and I got positive feedback from them too.I HIGHLY recommend this journal, probably more than any other product I've purchased in the past 5 years. Enjoy it!

I've been a fan of Klarheit for several years, and 2019 they updated the content inside. Most notably the box size for each day of the week was doubled since 2019. I bought from Amazon shop this year (2020 december) to use in 2021. The version I received is the old version with the smaller boxes, and some other differences too. I really enjoy the format of Klarheit in that they encourage reflectiveness, forethought, and reminder of good things that happened each week. When I flip open old Klarheit and gratefulness journals, I often don't remember what that week was like or even where my life was at that year, but the random sentences of what old me considered 'good things that happened' back then always provided fun glimpses into what life and me was like back then.

Love this. Was looking for a tasteful, minimal, nicely designed planner with attention to detail and TYPOGRAPHY!!I love the 'life coach' aspect, helps you set short (daily, weekly), mid and long term goals (even 10 years into the future). Great handy little size to pop in your bag and carry with you everywhere, even a little pen loop. Not to mention 2 ribbon bookmarks to save 2 spots... AND a pocket sleeve on the inner back cover to store notes, business cards, etc. Can see why there's so many 5 star reviews.

I liked that it is very simplistic. Gives plenty of pages for notes, goals, and creating a timeline. Also, the weekly and monthly reviews help. I have used other planners that were to overwhelming and required to fill out so much information. I often found myself planning more than acting. Personally, the design of this planner helps me simplify the complex and get more done as a result. This is worth the money, especially for a full year.

I bought several goal, visioning, coaching journals to compare in person. This was my favorite one in terms of the thoughtfully designed brainstorming, layout, and quality of prompts. However, I have to return this because the paper is TERRIBLY thin. Thicker than a hotel bible, but much thinner than basic office printer paper. I can see the journal’s own printed words through the paper (see photos) which will drive me crazy and I won’t be able to use gel pens. The white cover is also kind of a porous matte material and will stain easily in my bag, but this don’t bother me as much as the thin paper.

I've tried tons of planners and this is the one I keep ordering again and again. Here's why:1) Size. Not too big or too small. I can easily bring it wherever I go.2) Simple to use. Not overly complex yet has EVRYTHING I need. Space for notes, achievements and to-dos.3) Monthly reviews - these questions are simple yet life-changing. It's great to have them all in one place so all you have to do is take some time to reflect and answer them.

I was looking for a planner that balanced letting me write down my action items each day and week, and one that prompted me to think about growth and change, and this one is the best one I've found.It starts the year asking how you are doing in different facets of your life, and what you want for yourself. Then each month you write out goals to get there. At the end of each month you reflect on progress. I really love the monthly reflection and it has helped me make my goals concrete and actionable.

I needed something with flexibility. I need see the week, like this has, and I love the monthly reviews - and it's not just what do I want to get done, but at the end of the month, then I go back and review everything, and bring what I learned to the next month. At the back, there's extra pages, plus a nice long timeline for the next 12 months ( or however long you want to use it for).

Tout est dedans, si vous voulez vous organiser, mettre des objectifs en place, faire le point, organiser vos objectifs sur une année, avoir une dynamique de progression c'est parfait. Seul point important pour les non anglophones , je ne crois pas qu'il existe en français :)

Me ha gustado muchísimo. Fácil y adaptable a la planificación de proyectos y retos personales. Mas que una agenda, sirve para medir progresos y organizar las semanas. vista semanal perfecta

It's a little more expensive than other notebook planners but it is good quality and it has served me well so far. The way I saw it was that if it helped me be more productive and organised it was definitely worth the little bit extra. If you've read '7 habits of highly effective people' this would work quite nicely. It has almost everything I need (except a budget section, but we just use an app for that now so problem solved). I love that it has a years worth of weekly organiser spreads and then monthly, 6 month and 1 year reviews. I am looking forward to doing the reviews and seeing my progress. I have a tried a lot of different planners and systems for getting organised. They are all good and usually work but most of them require a lot more weekly set up and maintenance so if I was having an off week I may not set up for next week in time and then I would get off track. This is all set up so I can literally get on top of my week in 10 minutes. My boyfriend likes it too and is going to get one as well!
