When this arrived I was concerned when I saw that it only has a 2 prong plug despite being advertised as great for electronics. However, the spot where the 3rd ground pin should be is connected to the regular ground pin so my computer does not feel electrified. So, if you live where the electricity is fairly stable, then this is very nice-the usb chargers make it especially useful. I would suggest the manufacturer change the plug and make it a proper 3 prong to make it safer for electronics. There's a good reason for having 3 prongs. The US version of this, which I have, has 3 prongs.

This particular spike buster is not be be sold in India as the earthing prank is not for Indian Standards.Using the surge protector without earthing pronk would not protect the electronic devices against power surges and voltage fluctuations..

I bought this and as it does not have ground pin or the third pin, it is giving electric shock. so be aware of that. in India a must as there is no stable voltage.
