Not leaking at all
Absolutely happy with this product. It is not leaking at all if you close it properly. I have it for months now (I think 3), using it almost every day (for a coffee or tea to work). Sometimes I am having it in my bag and it has never got spilled there (or wherever else :-) ).You can put reasonable amount of the liquid, it's not getting hot when you're carrying it in your hand. Plus it has a handle on it's lid anyway so you can easily carry it even if you have a lot of things in your hands.I love the colour, love the style, cleaning is very simple, I would buy it again. Couldn't make better choice.

Excellent & Timely Customer Service After Small Hitch
Any manufacturer has problems, it’s how customer services deal with the problem that counts often. I had a small leak issue from the sealing mechanism on the top plastic sealing cap. When Zi mentioned the issue outside of the returns period,clearly because, I hadn’t used the unit a few times, they kindly sent out a full new mug! TOP service hence the one drop in leak only because of the initial fault. Fast response to the problem too. We’ll done it means a lot!

Does leak
Lovely mug and certainly keeps drinks hot for a long time. Due to disasters with other mugs claiming not to leak I always ensure lids and flips are tight and in place. But yet again the mug slipped to one side and I found most of the coffee in the bottom of my bag

brilliant
This really is a good cup, holds good amount, served me well with all my travelling, always had hot coffee at hand.only down side, the little rubber spout easily comes off, and is now lost.good customer care communication, gave me half refund, as they are unable to provide extra rubber spouts. thank you

Not leak proof
It looks good and is generally fine as a cup but i had purchased because it claimed to be sealed and leak proof - it is not given the mess that was made out of my lap top bag last week. I have purchased a contigo instead which is more expensive but works better.

Keeps coffee hot for ages!
Love this. Keeps my coffee hot for a good while, and love the built in handle. It’s very secure and doesn’t spill when tipped on its side.

Nice little thermos
Great little thermos kept my coffee hit for 4+hrsAlso love the little carry handle so you don't have to walk with your arm at right angles can have I down by your side

Not spill nor leak proof. Please be careful.
The media could not be loaded. Really disappointed with the purchase. It is not spill proof nor leak proof. I was burnt by the tea spilled from the cup when carrying it in my arm. Please be careful when using it.
