Solid product for the price
I purchased these when I couldn’t reach some smaller spaces with some diamond sanding discs. I wasn’t sure how they would perform since it’s my elbow grease versus a high rpm tool. Plus, they didn’t have a ton of reviews. To my surprise, they worked great! Most of the time I used the backer block, but there were a few times where I just used the pads themselves and they still performed great.I’ll definitely be stocking up because you just can’t beat the price. I shopped around andmost places are charging around $30 for 1 to 2 pads. The range of grit will get you to a nice smooth finish. I would definitely recommend using water while sanding. I used a spray bottle and it did the trick without making a huge mess.

Great for smoothing pottery.
I make porcelain and stoneware pottery. I alway polish the bottom of my pieces so that they won’t scratch furniture. This set contains 50 grit up to 3000 grit sanding pads.I wet them and wet the piece, place the piece on the wheel and use at least four of the sanding pads to make the bottom of my pieces so beautifully smooth. They seem sturdy and have lasted so far for several months…good value compared to other sanding pads.

Very handy
Works good. But, there should be another intermediate set to compliment this one. This set includes 50/100/200/400/800/1500/3000 grits; each step doubles. But when doing progressive sanding, these steps/jumps are too large (it takes way too much sanding to remove the scratches from the previous step. The intermediate set, to compliment this one, should include 80/150/300/500/600/1000/2000/2500 grits.

Perfect for fixing nicks in granite or scratches in marble
I bought this to remove a large scratch in a brand new marble tile floor. It took a bit of time but completely removed scratch and you can't even tell where it was! I also used these pads to remove nicks on the edges of my granite kitchen counter around the sink area where years of banging pots and pans around has taken its toll. I spent an hour or so and you can't even see where the defects were. Having a professional come in would have cost a fortune.I did practice on a piece of granite before working on the counter to get a feel for what I was doing.

No grit whatsoever
Just like others said, they had absolutely no grit at all. I should have followed the advice of so many others. Do not waste your time. I don't understand how they keep selling them when they know they are a totally defective product. They should be pulled off the market.

Cheap option for potters
Bit of an aberrant use case here, I bought these Stadea Diamond Hand Polish Pads to finish the bottom of my ceramic pots. The pottery targeted and marketed diamond pads are much more expensive and these work just as well. Five stars. The flexibility is really handy for shaping around foot rings, especially useful for my macrocrystalline glazed pots.

These are tiny!
Stunned at how small these are - roughly the same area as a business card. I guess I'll keep them and will know in a year or so if they are worth the money. But honestly I expected these pads to be about 4 times the size they actually are.
