Any router can be used. If you plan to use Omada compatible access points, don't focus on the router, it won't have too much work load. What basically is needed: 1 basic router, Omada cloud controller, Omada compatible PoE access points and a PoE switch. There's a big difference between the access points (speed and price), and to choose the right one is more important than the type of the router. For example for 4k streaming you will need an EAP245/EAP265 etc while it won't work with an EAP115 even if you buy the most expensive router.

Q: if you plug a usb stick in the usb or nas into second rj45 port would it act like cloud storage

The USB port is for auto backing up of the omada controller. Not for printers/hard drive access. The ethernet port is a pass through so can pretty much plug anything into it, but you'd be better plugging it straight into your router/switch's own ports.
