OK so I've been a huge customer and advocate of Alpha Brain for years. It has given me the energy and got rid of my extreme brain fog that I was having every day since I hit 40. I have tried other memory supplements & I have found this one works well for me.. Everyone is different so you just need to find which one works best for you..

It gets stuck in my throat like all other capsules do and makes me choke, I wish capsules weren’t so big or at least make something easier for folks that have throat issues and struggle to swallow pills.

So far so good don’t know what else to say about this yet

I've only been taking it for a few days so I'll have to check back with me in a month or two and see if how everything goes
