HAAC Hitech automation and control FULLY AUTOMATIC WATER LEVEL CONTROLLER WITH DRY RUN PROTECTION

Fully satisfied with hi-tech auto level controller. Using for overhead tank filling from underground tank.Giving review after using almost 1 year. Purchased in October 2017 and working fine.Major benefits are...1. No overflow of overhead tank - saves water.2. No dry run of pump.3. No damage to tarace due to overflowed water.4. No wastage of electricity.Must to buy product for water level control, pump protection, water and electricity conservation.

I purchased the item in feb 2019. I kept it as a stand by and when I tried it in March second week , I found it is not working. When I took it with Hitech automation, he agreed to rectify it if I send it to them . I sent it and hitech automation said they have rectified it but I find the auto mode not working . The two way sensing of over head and low water tank complicates the matter and the item though nicely packed utterly unreliable

Very useful to control the overflow and water wastage. initially it has given some problem, but after replacement I got good product which is functioning properly

Handling water water level efficiently but sometimes makes operating motor tougher. Motor on led will show motor in running state but physically motor will not work. and no method to on by force even in manual mode.

I just like this product and easy to install you can use any type of cables for sensors it will work and I am fully satisfied with this product and also support by the seller during installation.....

quality is little low, price is also low and size is also small compared to similar items from mivan technologies and imagine technologies. may not work for long. can be bought to use automatic water controller for first time and upgrade at a later date if it fails.installing water level controller for first tine require wiring to be done with a 3 core cable from controller to over head tank and from controller to bottom of the sump which costs as much or more than that of controller. I have bought 4 core telephone cable which costs less compared to other variants costed me rs.12 per meter and rs. 800 for the local electrician to install.if you are buying water level controller calculate all these costs. if cost isn't constraint then go for imagine technologies at around rs.1499 on amazon for better quality. else u can buy Hitech at round half the price rs. 900 on amazon

The water level controller started malfunctioning within two months of installation. It stopped detecting/indicating the levels of the overhead tank(LED indicators not showing even though the tank is full) the wires of the sensors are well intact. Motor starts sensing low level(tank is full) coz sensors not being detected properly. Dealer may suggest remedy plz
