Nice size. Takes longer to heat than suggested. Scent goes away fairly quickly. Very happy with it over all.

I use this for back pain. The issue I have with it is the weight. It is supposed to go from the shoulders to the waistline but it slips down. Many people stated this in their review but I decided to try it anyway. Also, when mine came, one of the seams had not been sewed properly.i sewed it up to keep particles from coming out.

I started using a similar product years ago at a spa I worked for. Found it was much easier than using and preparing hot, wet towels for back relaxation. No extra laundry and much easier. I now have a holistic health center. I bought one of these, each, for my 6 massage therapist. They loved them and find it much easier and economical. There clients love them too. I highly recommend this product.

Have had many of these types of microwaveable pads over years. This and the premium are the best retaining warmth, comfy cover that doesn’t split apart (biggest problem we’ve had with others). We put a small container (eg plastic cap) full of water in the micro to keep the inners from burning and never leave the microwave while warming to make sure tray stays balance.

The reason why I only gave this product three stars is because it takes a long time to heat. The instructions say not to put in microwave more than 1 minute so i have to heat, change position, heat, change position, heat and heat one more time. It stays hot for about 10-15 min and definitely not a fan of the smell. It’s not the best but it does the job!

I love the softness and the scent; the heating bead area is on the shoulders and “lower back” but it’s awesome and it helps support my head at night perfectly without being so bulky like a normal sized pillow. supplemental goodness!

My husband has a chronic back issue and this product is his go to. Quick to heat up and holds heat for a good length of time.
